Tropicacyl Eye drop of 5 ml comes with highly positive reviews and is a recommended medication for Uveitis.
Usage of Tropicacyl eye drops
Tropicacyl Eye Drops can only be used externally. Use it in the amount and for the amount of time that your doctor tells you. Don’t touch the tip of the dropper to any surface to keep the eye drops from getting dirty.
Eye examination
During an eye exam, you will be given a series of tests to check your vision and eye health. There are many kinds of eye exams, such as tests for visual acuity, color blindness, keratometry, the slit lamp test, retinoscopy, tonometry, etc. An ophthalmologist (also called an eye doctor) or an optometrist can do eye tests.
Uveitis
When the middle layer of the eyeball gets inflamed, this is called Uveitis (red and swollen). The blood vessels that feed the eye are in the Uvea layer. Uveitis can hurt essential parts of the eye and cause permanent vision loss.
Working of Tropicamide
The doctor will use Tropicacyl Eye Drops to make the pupil of the eye bigger so that the doctor can look at the same. It can also be used to make some eye conditions less painful.
