How does WowRx work

Purchasing medicines from WowRx is quick and easy with the complete process being done within a few steps.

Step 1: Select your medicines

The first step of placing an order with WowRx is determining whether the product you wish to order is available. You can do so by choosing generic medicines or using the search bar at the top of the page. Select the required medicine and its quantity, and then tap on the “Add to cart” button.

Step 2: Proceed to checkout

Once you have added all the required items to your cart, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. If you are an existing user, log in to your account. If not, create an account and add the necessary details. Then, you can choose a suitable payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Step 3: Call Support and Confirmation

In the next step, our customer support team will contact you to provide payment details. Once you confirm your payment, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

Step 4: The dispensing procedure

Our team will pack and dispatch your order as soon as they receive your order details. However, there may be occasional product backorders or processing delays influenced by demand fluctuations that may cause a slight delay in delivery.

In that case, we will notify you and ensure you receive your medicines within the stated delivery time.

If we cannot do so for any reason (holidays or extreme circumstances such as the pandemic), we will immediately notify you and even issue a full refund if required. WowRx aims to ensure your convenience and provide the facilities we claim.

Step 5: Order tracking details

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and shipping information so that you can track the shipments until delivery.

Please remember that some shipments might not be traceable immediately. Shipments are generally traceable only after they have cleared customs in your country.

If you haven’t received your order within our stated delivery times, please contact us, and we will assist you with further procedures.

Step 6: Successful delivery

This is the last step of our journey to deliver your medicines to your doorsteps safely. The step gives us immense satisfaction to see that your medicines have arrived safely.
