• Changes in eyesight
• Blurred vision
• Discomfort in the eyes

Interactions

Tropicacyl Eye Drops are a safe medication but can interact with other drugs and diseases to show side effects. You must consult your doctor before using the eye drops. 

Drug Interactions

This drug may interact with eye medicines like: 

• Aclidinium
• Alloin
• Biperiden
• Bisoxatin

Precautions

It’s important to know what all things you should keep in mind while using this eye drop, 

• Missed dose: Since Tropicamide ophthalmic is usually only given during an eye exam, you likely need to be on a schedule for when to take it. If you have a schedule, use the dose you forgot as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, don’t take the one you missed. Don’t take more medicine than you should to make up for a missed dose
• Overdose: If your eye hurts or you have allergy symptoms, do first aid, like rinsing your eyes well. If you think the symptoms are severe, you should see or call your doctor immediately
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to Tropicamide or have any other drug and food allergies before using it. This product may have inactive ingredients that can cause allergic reactions do check it before using and if are allergic to any of those , please mention it to your doctor 
• Before taking this medicine, you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your health history, especially if you or someone in your family has had Glaucoma.
• If you put this drug in your eyes, your vision may get blurry for a short time. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything else that needs clear eye focus  until you know you can do it safely.
• Your eyes may become more sensitive to light if you take this medicine. When it’s bright, protect your eyes. When you’re outside, wear dark glasses.
• People over 65 should be careful when taking this drug because they may be more sensitive to its effects, especially changes in mind and mood (such as agitation) thus if any of the side effects effects people belonging to this age group , they should immediately stop taking it and consult their doctor right away .

Storage

Store the eye drops away from sunlight, children and pets and in a cool and dry place.
