Side effects

Even though it may be rare, some people who take a drug can have terrible and sometimes fatal side effects. Tell your doctor right away or go to the hospital if you have any of the following signs or symptoms:

• Any change in how you see things
• Slow to heal after having surgery on your eye
• Eye redness or bleeding
• Pain or swelling in the eye
• Severe pain, more tears, crusting, or drainage from the eyes

Some of the most common side effects of Megabrom Eye Drops are:

• Your eyes are more sensitive to light
• Mild eye irritation or the feeling that something is in your eye
• A headache
• Seeing flashes of light or things that “float” in front of your eyes

Interactions

Drug interactions can happen when the parts of one drug interact with the elements of another drug or food.

Drug interactions

Eye drops probably won’t change how other drugs you take work. But there are many ways that drugs can affect each other. Although there are few drugs that can interact:

• Aspirin
• Fexofenadine
• Azithromycin
• Bepotastine Ophthalmic
• Metoprolol

Disease interactions

If have this disease , do clearly mention it to your doctor as it is not right to take these eye drops when you have these diseases 

• Asthma

Precautions

• If you have specific health problems, you shouldn’t take this medicine. 
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have Asthma that reacts to Aspirin before taking this medicine.
• Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor or pharmacist about your medical history. 
• If you have a bleeding disorder, other eye problems (such as dry eye syndrome or corneal problems), Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Asthma, or growths in the nose (nasal polyps)., mention it to your doctor .
• If you put this drug in your eyes, your vision may get blurry for a short time. 
• Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything else that needs clear vision until you know you can do it safely.
• If you miss a dose, take medicine as soon as possible, but skip the dose you missed if your next dose is almost due. If you miss your first dose, which should be given 1 day before surgery, call your doctor to find out what to do
• If you have taken overdose, go to the hospital or consult your doctor

Storage

Always keep Megabrom Eye Drops at room temperature in a clean, dark, and dry place.
