How to use Aerocort Rotacaps

• Aerocort Rotacaps are to be used with a Cipla Rotahaler or Revolizer inhaler device
• Place the Rotacap capsule at the base of the inhaler, not in the mouthpiece
• Twist the mouthpiece clockwise until you hear a click
• After exhaling fully, position the mouthpiece in your mouth and inhale deeply
• Press the inhaler button once while inhaling to release the medication
• Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds after inhalation
• Repeat the inhalation process if your doctor has prescribed more than one Rotacap
• Securely replace the cap on the inhaler after use

Dosage and Frequency

• Aerocort Rotacaps are for long-term, daily use, not for acute asthma attacks
• Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully regarding the dosage and frequency of use
• Typically, Aerocort is used 3-4 times per day
