• Increased Potassium level in the blood
• Increased blood urea
• Hypoglycemia (Low blood glucose level)

Drug Interactions

If you take any of the below-given drugs, you should consult your doctor before starting this medication.

• Heparin
• Bemiparin
• Dalteparin
• Diuretics such as Amiloride

Disease Interactions

You should consult your doctor before taking Losar 25 mg tablet if you suffer from the following issues:

• Hypotension
• Congestive heart failure

Food Interactions

Avoid the following foods while taking this medicine:

• Potassium-containing foods and Potassium supplements
• Alcohol

Precautions

You should observe the following precautions when consuming this medicine:

• Missed Dose: You should skip the dose you missed and continue with your usual amount. Do not take a double dose
• Overdose: Inform your doctor immediately in case of extra doses taken of the Losar 25 mg tablet
• You should take this medicine at the same time every day
• You should avoid this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You may feel dizzy for the first few days of taking this medicine. When you get up from a lying or a sitting position, be careful and rise slowly

Store it in a cool and dry place, out of sight of pets and children. Protect it from sunlight and moisture by storing it in the original packing.
