Rosubest 10 Tablet can interact when taken with:

• Cyclosporine
• Warfarin 
• Fibrates (Gemfibrozil)
• Other medications used to lower Cholesterol
• Antacid
• Antibiotics
• Oral contraceptive pills
• Anti-viral or anti-HIV medications

Disease interactions

Rosubest 10 mg may interact with diseases/conditions, including:

• Neuromuscular disorders
• Thyroid gland problems (Hypothyroidism)
• Renal Dysfunction

Food interactions

Do not consume alcohol with the medication.

Precautions

Keep the following in mind before taking Rosubest 10 mg:

• Missed dose: If you miss a Rosubest 10 mg dosage, take it as soon as you remember. However, if your next dosage is scheduled shortly, you should forgo the missed dose and resume your usual dosing plan. Do not use it twice within 12 hours
• Overdose: Do not overdose. Contact your doctor immediately if you accidentally take more than the recommended dose
• Rosubest 10 mg is generally safe. It may produce Diarrhea, flatulence, or stomach upset. If any of these occur, take the medication with meals
• Inform your physician if you suffer tiredness, weakness, or discomfort in your muscles
• Your physician may evaluate your liver function before initiating therapy and periodically after that
• Notify your physician if you experience stomach aches, urine that is abnormally black, or yellowing of the skin or eyes
• Inform your doctor if you have Renal disease, Liver disease, or Diabetes before beginning this medication
• Monitor your blood sugar periodically if you are Diabetic since Rosubest 10 mg may cause a rise in your blood sugar
• Do not use Rosubest 10 mg tablet if you are pregnant, nursing, or trying to become pregnant

Storage

Keep the medicine in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
