Side effects

Tiotropium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate inhalation can cause mild side effects, which include:

• Dryness in mouth
• Insomnia
• Vomiting
• Dizziness
• Nasopharyngitis

If you consume any of the following medicines, please inform your doctor before using the inhaler, 

• Advair Diskus (Fluticasone / Salmeterol)
• Alvesco (Ciclesonide)
• Asmanex Twisthaler (Mometasone)
• Combivent (Albuterol / Ipratropium)
• Cymbalta (Duloxetine)
• DuoNeb (Albuterol / Ipratropium)
• Lasix (Furosemide)
• Metoprolol Tartrate (Metoprolol)

Disease Interactions 

If you suffer from any of the following conditions, consult your physician before using the inhaler, 

• Renal Dysfunction
• Liver Disease
• Cardiovascular disorders

Precautions 

While the Duova Rotacaps is a safe medication, you might need to follow some precautions before using the medicine, which includes, 

• Missed Dose: Take the dose of the inhaler strictly according to your doctor’s instructions. If you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s already time for the next inhaler dose, skip this one and continue with your prescribed schedule
• Overdose: Avoid overdosing to compensate for a missed dose. Under no circumstances should you exceed the prescribed dosage of the inhaler.If an overdose occurs and you are experiencing persistent symptoms, promptly seek medical attention by contacting your physician
• Avoid the drug if you are allergic to Tiotropium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate
• If your breathing becomes difficult at any point, please seek immediate guidance from your doctor
• Avoid Smoking while on the Rotacaps; it might make your condition worse
• If you have Diabetes, you may need to monitor your blood glucose levels more regularly because Duova Rotacaps might influence blood sugar levels
• Do not discontinue using this medication without first consulting your doctor
