Precautions

You should skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing plan if it is time for your next dose. To make up for a missing dose, avoid applying too much Tretin 0.05 cream. Use the medication for the specified time and dosage as directed by your doctor
• Overdose: Overdosing symptoms are unlikely to occur because Tretinoin cream is meant to be applied externally. But if you unintentionally digest the medication, call your doctor right away or go to the nearest hospital. Use a napkin or cotton to wipe away any additional medication if you unintentionally apply too much
• You can feel a stinging or heated sensation when you first start taking this medication. Notify your physician if you continue to have these symptoms if necessary
• Avoid getting face waxing and laser treatments while you are on this medicine since these procedures could make your skin more sensitive
• If you use this cream on irritated or burned skin, it can cause substantial irritation; therefore, you should avoid doing so

• If you have an allergy to the proteins found in fish, you may have severe itching on the skin and inflamed and red bumps

Storage

Tretin cream 0.05 must be kept in a cool and dry place, preferably out of direct sunlight. Keep the medication away from children.
